Opening Ceremony: Council member Atkinson 3. Acceptance of minutes from October 8, 2025, and October 16, 2025 4. Approval of Agenda 5. Citizen Input: Questions and comments for Mayor & Council - Comments should be limited to not more than three (3) minutes. This is the time and place for any person who wishes to comment on non-agenda items and items that are relevant to the authority of the City Council. Items brought forward to the attention of the City Council will be turned over to staff to provide a response outside of the City Council meeting. 6. Council Business: a. Mayor/Staff/Council Reports b. Advise & Consent new Planning Commission member 7. Action Items: a. Consider 5-year extension with Waste Management 8. Discussion Items a.
