- The Mount Pleasant City Council will hold a work session September 23, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. The meeting will be held in the City Council Chambers at 115 West Main Street, Mount Pleasant, Utah. 1. Roll Call 2. Site Visit - Proposed Rodeo Arena Location by the existing Equestrian Arena 955 W 1000 S, Mt. Pleasant, Utah. (No formal action will be taken during the site visit.) 3. Adjourn In Accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) this facility is wheelchair accessible and handicap parking is available. Please contact the city office at 435-462-2456 for information or assistance.
