These items will be addressed in a single motion unless removed at the request of the Mayor or City Council.) 1. Declarations of conflict of interest 2. Agenda 3. Checks and Invoices: $91,565.45 D. Business: 1. Discussion on an ordinance establishing a Live/Work zone. 2. Discussion and possible action to approve Ordinance No. 2025-05; an ordinance amending the City's nuisance regulations to provide an exemption for critical infrastructure materials operations provided under Utah Code Section 17-41-430. E.
