The back up recording is missing the procedural parts of the beginning of the meeting, it starts during the first discussion item on the agenda and includes the motion to adjourn at the end, but the '9.19.25 PCSD Board Meeting - AM Study Session' includes the entire meeting other than the motion to adjourn.
