Call to Order / Roll Call 2. Opening Remarks / Pledge of Allegiance 3. Approval of agenda 4. Approval of minutes from March 16, 2023 5. Agenda Items A. Hillside Overlay Requirement Discussion- Brad & Katie Gibbons B. Review of redline draft code and make changes: i. Relating to Ordinance No. 2018-3: Definition of Frontage ii. Relating to Development on Private Lane C. Other 6. City Council Minutes from March 9, 2023 and March 16, 2023 7. Agenda items for next meeting A. Schedule Public Hearing for April 20, 2023 to adopt code changes 8. Calendaring for future Planning Commission Meeting- Thursday, April 20, 2023 at 8pm. 9. Adjournment
