- PARK CITY BOARD OF EDUCATION Park City School District Office 2700 Kearns Boulevard October 14, 2025 Regular Session 4:00 p.m. Additional information is available the Monday before each meeting at: http://www.boarddocs.com/ut/pcsd/Board.nsf/public Time allocated to each agenda item is approximate and subject to change. The Board may vote to meet in closed session for any of the purposes set forth in Section 52-4-205 of Utah's Open and Public Meetings Act Board members may participate by telephone. AGENDA 1 Call to Order Pledge of Allegiance 2 Discussion 2.1 October 1 Enrollment Information Business Administrator, Randy Upton, will provide the October 1 enrollment information and answer any questions the Board may have. 2.2 Calendar Survey Results Superintendent Huntsman will present the calendar survey results and answer any questions the Board may have before approving the calendar. 2.3 Student Achievement Report Superintendent Huntsman will share data from 24/25 regarding student achievement. 3 Consent Agenda Regular Session Minutes of September 16, 2025 Travel Requests Personnel Check Registers of September 2025 Board Revenue and Expenditures of September 2025 4 Public Comment (5:00 PM) The Board of Education wants to hear live input from community members at our meetings. In order to respect and preserve the time allotted to each presenter on the agenda, each speaker will be limited to three (3) minutes. Speakers representing a group will be limited to five (5) minutes. 5 Monthly Reports Monthly reports will include relevant district level reports in addition to: Student on the Board Employee Group Reports 6 Decision 6.1 Park City Education Foundation MOU The Board has reviewed the changes to the PCEF Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and they now may make a motion to approve the changes. 7 Policies for Posting The following policies have been reviewed by the Policy Committee and they are now before the Board for posting. Policy 7096 LEA Specific Licenses Policy 9026 Vending Policy 9027 Child Nutrition Policies 8 Policies for Adoption The following policies have been posted for the required 20-days, and are now before the Board for adoption. Policy 1007 Environmental Regulation Plan Policy 3013 Bullying, Cyber-Bullying Policy 3014 Recording of Meetings (New Policy) Policy 5005 Building Access and Security Policy 9065 Volunteers in the Schools 9 Adjourn Notice: This meeting will be recorded (video and audio) and made available for one year on the district website (www.pcschools.us). In compliance with the Americans With Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Lorie Pearce at 435-615-0225, at least three working days prior to the meeting.
