Citizens to be heard: 4. Action Items: Fraud Risk Assessment, Self Evaluation, Conflict of Interest. To pay LeGarnd Johnson for Spanish Valley Dr. Mill and fill $380,000 and 30,000 - 40,000 for top coat. 5. Expenditures: Patty Olson #017 $100.00 Smuin, Rich & Marsing Invoice 52807 $1,250.00 MyTrust Bond Invoice #1621080 $140.00, MyTrust Liability Invoice #1621081 $3,500.00 6. Income: YTD 2025 See attached Balance sheet and Profit and Loss sheet 7. Old Business: a. Mesa/Desert roads storm drain mitigation project estimate $125,000. On hold b. Jackson street SD phase 2 Rebid at the end of October. TSSD obligation $265,000. c. Spanish Valley Drive Multi Use Pathway. Overlay length has been reduced. Estimated $450,000. County $300,000. TSSD to obligate $150,000. Further discussion d. TAP (Transportation Alternative Program) Grant for Holyoak Lane curb, gutter and sidewalk project. Project cost $624,000. - UDOT grant through the Federal DOT in the amount of $300,00. - TSSD ask $125,000. County $210,000. Further discussion 8. New Business/Items from Board &/or Bill Jackson: a. Murphy lane finish b. Mill Creek to Sage overlay c. Plateau Circle/ Desert d. Old City Park e.
