All projects in said zone require development agreements. 7 PM - PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING APPROVAL OF MINUTES Approval of Minutes - from Planning Commission Meeting held March 15, 2023 INPUT/COORDINATION - Report on City Council Meeting held March 22, 2023 LEGISLATIVE ITEM: CONSIDER NEW MIXED-USE ZONE Review latest changes to the new Mixed-Use zone (MXD), allowing commercial mixed with retail, and with a variety of housing options.
