- The North Logan City Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, October 8, 2025 in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan City Office (2525 North 600 East), North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will also be available through a live stream at the following URL: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLiZ99g67CZg1lT4V7yDNkw The agenda is as follows: 1. Opening Ceremony * Roll Call, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony * Adoption of agenda Opening Business * Recognition of Exemplary Staff Member * Reports from Public Safety Officials * Review of Strategic Directives and Action Items Consent Items * Approval of minutes of previous City Council meetings Current Action Items 2. Consider approving the acceptance of a bid to purchase surplus property located at 2820 North Canyon Ridge Drive. 3. Consider authorizing the Mayor to sign an agreement regarding real property along 200 West and 2400 North roadways. 4. Consider approving right of way acquisition agreements along Wolf Pack Way (between 1500 North and 1800 North). 5. Consider a resolution establishing an Audit Committee and establishing audit committee guidelines to assist in the oversight of the internal and external audit functions of North Logan City. 6. Consider approval of North Logan City's Community Wildfire Preparedness Plan. City Council Work Session Items 7. Discuss lessons learned at the Utah League of Cities and Towns Conference. 8. Updates regarding the North Logan City General Plan and City Center Masterplan. 9. Updates regarding North Logan's water capital improvement projects. 10. Updates on Civic Center. 11. Reports from City officers, boards, and committees.
