- By Utah Code section 10-2a-204 under section 63G-30-102, before preparing a general plan or modifi cation to a general plan, a written notice of public hearings and public meetings must be prepared and posted to the Utah Public Notice Website and on the general-purpose local government's website at least 10 calendar days before the public hearing and at least 24 hours before the public meeting. An example notice is provided on page 2 of this document. Below are instructions for posting the notice to the required sites: Utah Public Notice Website: 1. Posters must login to the website to post public notices. If they are not already registered, they must either self-register or be entered by the entity owner. If the entity owner is posting on the website, they must login to access their dashboard. 2. After logging in, click on 'Add' under the 'Notices' column on the left. Enter the required information. 3. To post public information, add an attachment to the notice, which is found at the bottom of the notice page. This is where the Poster would attach a pdf or other accepted fi le of the notice. 4. If the Poster has access rights, they can 'Publish'. Otherwise, they can 'Save', which creates a draft. Local Government Website: 1. In an appropriate location on the city website, post the notice of public hearing or public meeting for public viewing. Spanish Fork City Notice of Public Hearing to Adopt New Impact Fees for Power and Light, Storm Water, Drinking Water, Pressurized Irrigation, Wastewater, Public Safety, and Parks, Trails, & Recreation Notice is hereby given that the Spanish Fork City Council, a local municipality council located in Utah County, Utah, will hold a public hearing prior to adopting new impact fees for Power and Light, Storm Water, Drinking Water, Pressurized Irrigation, Wastewater, Public Safety, and Parks, Trails, and Recreation. The public hearing will take place Tuesday, October 21, 2025 at 40 South Main Street, Spanish Fork, approximately 6:00 p.m. The public is hereby invited to attend the hearing. The Impact Fee Analysis and Impact Fee Ordinance are available for inspection at the Spanish Fork City Library and the City Offi ces.
