- ORANGEVILLE CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING Thursday, October 9, 2025 7:00 P.M. PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that Orangeville City will hold its regular meeting on July 9, 2025 at 7:00 p.m. at City Hall, 25 North Main, Orangeville, Utah, 84537, to consider the agenda items hereinafter set forth. REGULAR SESSION 7:00 P.M. Agenda will be as follows: 1. Introduction by Mayor Shaun Bell 2. Prayer 3. Pledge of Allegiance led by Mayor Shaun Bell 4. Approval of Bills and Warrants 5. Approval of September 11, 2025 Public Hearing Minutes 6. Approval of September 11, 2025 Regular Session Minutes 7. Public Comments 8. Approve/Deny- Ordinance 2025-5- An Ordinance Adopting Regulations for Accessory Dwelling Units (ADU's). 9. Ratify - New website cost in the amount of $6,600.00 for the initial cost and $150.00 per month. 10. Staff Reports 11. City Council and Mayor Reports 12. Adjourn CLOSED SESSION Possible closed session for the purpose to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; to discuss strategy on collective bargaining; to discuss strategy on pending or reasonably imminent litigation; to discuss the purchase, exchange, sale, or lease of real property, including a water right or water shares or to discuss financial implications of certain development agreements or proposals; to discuss the sale of real property under certain conditions; to discuss the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems; or to discuss investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal conduct as provided in Utah Code Ann. § 52-4-205. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for adequate arrangements to be made.
