- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Black Rock Mountain Resort Public Infrastructure District Board of Trustees Public Hearing and Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF BLACK ROCK MOUNTAIN RESORT PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON DECEMBER 18, 2025, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 8:30 A.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Public Hearing 1. 2026 Budget Hearing D. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on November 20, 2025 E. Action Items 1. Consider for adoption Budget Resolution 2025-04, adopting the 2026 Budget 2. Adoption of the 2026 Annual Meeting Schedule 3. Consider approval of the engagement of District Auditor F. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Open Public Meeting Training G. Other Items From Board Members H.
