- Wednesday, October 8, 2025 Development Review Committee DEVELOPMENT REVIEW COMMITTEE AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Development Review Committee of Spanish Fork, Utah, will hold a regular meeting at the City Council Chambers at Library Hall, 80 South Main Street, Second Floor, Spanish Fork, Utah, commencing at 10:00 a.m. This meeting is not available to attend virtually. 1. Approval of Minutes A. September 24, 2025. 2. Development Agreement A. RIVER MEADOWS TOWNHOMES AMENDED DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENT. This proposal involves a request for approval to amend the Master Development Agreement for Skye Meadows to accommodate proposed amendments to the Preliminary Plat for a Master Planned Development located at 253 West Arrowhead Trail. The proposed amendments include: updating exhibits; increasing the number of townhome units within the townhome portion of the development (River Meadows Townhomes Amended Preliminary Plat); and modifying the proposed townhome building elevations and floorplans. This request is proposed as Addendum Number 4 to the Master Development Agreement for Sky Meadows. 3. Preliminary Plat A. RIVER MEADOWS TOWNHOMES AMENDED PRELIMINARY PLAT. This proposal involves amending a Preliminary Plat to add 24 additional townhome units to a Master Planned Development located at 253 West Arrowhead Trail. 4. Final Plat A. RIVER RUN PLAT I. This proposal involves the approval of a Final Plat for 10 townhome units and 20 condominium units as part of a Master Planned Development to be located at approximately 1022 S. River Bottoms Road. 5. Site Plan A. COMERS CONCRETE OUTDOOR STORAGE YARD. This proposal involves the development of an industrial site for use as a screened outdoor storage yard to be located at 3393 North 1340 West. 6. Concept Review A. HANGAR 127 IMPROVEMENTS CONCEPT. B. SOUTH VALLEY VILLAGE SUBDIVISION CONCEPT. 7. Discussion 8. Adjourn End
