- CITY COUNCIL AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE CENTERVILLE CITY COUNCIL WILL HOLD A REGULAR MEETING AT 7:00 PM ON SEPTEMBER 16, 2025 AT CENTERVILLE CITY HALL, 250 NORTH MAIN STREET, CENTERVILLE, UTAH. Centerville City Council meetings are open to the public, unless otherwise closed for reasons allowed by law. Centerville City Council meetings may be conducted via electronic means pursuant to Utah Code § 52-4-207. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations due to a disability may contact the City Recorder at (801) 295-3477, at least 24 hours in advance of the meeting. The Mayor and Council reserve the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs or provide greater efficiency. Gun Range Lease Agreement - Centerville Small Arms Association - Three-Month Extension Consider Amendment No. 5 to the Gun Range Lease Agreement between the City and the Centerville Small Arms Association to extend the current term of the Lease Agreement for three months. 2. Centerville Fee Schedule - Burial Certificate Fee Amendments - CFS 6.030 Consider Resolution No. 2025-14 amending the Centerville Fee Schedule to add fees for Burial Certificate change applications for the Centerville Cemetery E. SUMMARY ACTION Items of a summary or routine nature may be approved by summary action of the Council unless otherwise pulled from summary action for separate discussion. 1. Bond Reduction - The Lane Subdivision (Pre-Plat Recording Bond) Consider Final Bond Reduction for The Lane Subdivision (Pre-Plat Recording bond) in the amount of $16,080 (no warranty required) 2. Bond Reduction - The Lane Subdivision (Plat-Recording Bond) Consider Bond Reduction and Start of Warranty for The Lane Subdivision (Plat-Recording Bond) in the amount of $41,400.00 3. Police Department Vehicle Purchase Consider the purchase of four new Police Department vehicles in the total amount of $268,698 F. MINUTES Minutes of prior meetings may be reviewed and accepted. Minutes review and approval shall comply with the Centerville City Minutes Approval Policy. 1. CLOSED SESSION The City Council may vote to discuss matters in a closed session for reasons allowed by law, including, but not limited to, the provisions of Utah Code § 52-4-205 of the Open and Public Meetings Act, and for attorney-client matters that are privileged pursuant to Utah Code § 78B-1-137. 1.
