Citizen Input: Questions and comments for Mayor & Council - Comments should be limited to not more than three (3) minutes. This is the time and place for any person who wishes to comment on non-agenda items and items that are relevant to the authority of the City Council. Consider Ordinance #2025-21RZ AN ORDINANCE APPROVING A ZONING MAP AMENDMENT FOR A PORTION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 520 SOUTH 100 WEST, HYDE PARK, UT 84318, inside Parcel 04-0305-0012, AND A PORTION OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT APPROXIMATELY 221 N 700 E Hyde Park, UT 84318, inside Parcel 04-005-0024. AMENDING APPROXIMATELY .70 ACRES FROM A TO R-2 ZONE TO ACCOMMODATE THE BERRY HOLLOW RIDGE SUBDIVISION PLAT. b. Consider Ordinance #2025-22 AN ORDINANCE APPROVING REVISIONS TO SECTIONS 12 AND 13 OF THE LAND USE AND DEVELOPMENT CODE AND SUBDIVISION ORDINANCE TO CHANGE DRC'S RESPONSIBILITIES AND AMEND THE SUBDIVISION PROCESS. 8.
