- NOTICE AND AGENDA OF A PUBLIC MEETING SEPTEMBER 16th, 2025 PUBLIC MEETING OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF BEAVER COUNTY, UTAH PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Beaver County Commissioners of Beaver County, Utah, will hold a regular Meeting on September 16th, at the place and time set forth below to consider the agenda item(s) hereinafter set forth. MEETING PLACE: Beaver County Administration Building 105 East Center Street, Beaver, Utah. MEETING TIME: 10:00 AM 10:00 AM Open Meeting Wade Hollingshead Call to order Wade Hollingshead - Prayer offered by Brandon Yardley - Pledge of Allegiance led by Tammy Pearson New Business 10:05: Approve Bills 10:10: Road Change Ordinance #2025-02 10:15: Road Maintenance Forest Service Kents Lake Road 10:30: New Hire Ratification 10:35: Puffer Lake Discussion 10:55: Budget Request Clerk Auditor 11:00: Budget Request Recorder 11:05: Budget Request Assessor 11:15: Ratify JAG Grant for Sherriff's Office 11:20: Budget Request for Sherriff, Corrections, Animal Control, EMPG, Victim Advocate 12:20: Adjourn Meeting (To be discussed when/as time permits) - Old Business - Commission Updates Closed session for the purpose of discussing the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual; discuss strategy for pending or reasonably imminent litigation, real property negotiation.
