- NOTICE OF DATE, TIME, PLACE AND AGENDA The Minersville Town Council will hold a regular Council Meeting Tuesday September 2, 2025 at 5:00 pm at the Minersville Town Hall The following is the agenda: Mayor will open the meeting stating the time and date 1. 5:00 Approve minutes from the August 18, 2025 Council Meeting 2. 5:05 Quarterly budget review 3. 5:15 Pool replastering bid review 4. 5:25 9/11 Day of Service 5. 5:35 Library paint bids 6. 5:45 Pay bills 7. 5:55 Other business Waste Management rate increase Crossing guard concerns Discuss election options 6:05 Adjourn meeting and go to Cemetery to look at needed improvements. Notice: The Town Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of '52-4-204 and '52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. Electronic Meeting: The Board has adopted Resolution No. 3.2.22 which provides procedures that board members may follow in order to participate in a meeting electronically.
