- BOARD OF TRUSTEES MEETING NOTICE NOTICE IS HERBY GIVEN that the Board of Trustees of the Washington County Water Conservancy District, Washington County, Utah will meet in public session Monday, September 8, 2025, at 6:00 PM at 533 E Waterworks Drive, St. George, Utah 1. Public hearing for adoption of Joint Agency Regional Water Conservation Plan 2. Consider a resolution adopting Joint Agency Regional Water Conservation Plan 3. Consider a resolution prohibiting obstructions across pipeline easements 4. Consider a resolution updating retail water service rules and regulations 5. Consider approval of contracts for Consulting Project Management Services for the Regional Reuse Purification System 6. Consider approval of contract for Geotechnical Services for the Regional Reuse Purification System 7. Consider approval of contract for Right-of-Way Services for the Regional Reuse Purification System 8. Consider approval amending the Silver Cliffs agreement 9. Consider approval of an easement request with the City of Ivins for a proposed wastewater lift station 10. Consider approval of Sand Hollow Meter Replacement Project 11. Manager's report 12.
