- PAROWAN CITY COUNCIL MEETING AGENDA THURSDAY, OCTOBER 9, 2025 - 5:30 P.M. PAROWAN CITY COUNCIL CHAMBERS 35 E. 100 N., PAROWAN, UT 84761 Notice is hereby given that the City Council of Parowan, Utah, will hold its regularly scheduled meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 9, 2025. The Council will meet in the Council Chambers located at 35 East 100 North, Parowan, Utah. This is a public meeting, and anyone is invited to attend. The public is also welcome to view the meeting electronically on the 'Parowan City Live Stream' YouTube channel. COUNCIL MEETING 1. Welcome and Call to Order: Mayor Mollie Halterman 2. Opening Ceremonies: By Invitation 3. Declaration of Conflicts With or Personal Interest In any Agenda Items: City Councilmembers 4. Public Comments (3 minutes each) CONSENT AGENDA: 5. Approval of Special City Council Work Meeting from 9-19-2025 and Regular Meeting Minutes from 9-25-2025 6. Approval of Warrant Register for September 25, 2025 7. Approval of Financial Statement for September 2025 ACTION AGENDA: 8. Possible Approval of Freemont Solar Power Purchase Agreement - Resolution 2025-08 9. Possible Adoption of Subdivision Open Space Ordinance - Ordinance 2025-14 10. Possible Adoption of Short-Term Rental Ordinance - Ordinance 2025-15 11.
