- MEETING AGENDA FIREFLY PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1-10 COMBINED SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF FIRELY PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NOS. 1-10 HELD A COMBINED SPECIAL MEETING ON THURSDAY, SEPTEMBER 11, 2025 AT YORK HOWELL, 10610 SOUTH JORDAN GATEWAY, SUITE 200, SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH 84095 AT 10:00am MT A. Call to Order B. Preliminary Action Items Consider combined board meeting for Firefly Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-10. C. Consent Items 1. Approve the draft minutes of the Firefly Public Infrastructure District Nos. 1-10 held on July 1, 2025 D. Public Hearing 1. Consider adoption of the tentative operating and capital budget for the calendar year of 2026 and set a public hearing to take public comment on the same. E. Action Items 1. Consider adopting Resolution 2025-03: A resolution authorizing the execution of a Second Amendment to Assessment Ordinance for the Firefly Assessment Area No. 1; approving an updated Appraisal for the Firefly Assessment Area No. 1; and related matters. 2. Consider accepting second quarter financial statements outlined by Clifton Larson Allen LLP. F. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Consider scheduling meetings for the balance of the year (November and December). G.
