HPC 23-002 Garage Roof Deck and Flashing [Certificate of Appropriateness] Mary Connin & DiAnne Casperson, authorized agent/owner, requests a certificate of appropriateness to install a rooftop deck over the garage on the north side of the building and to replace broken brick with metal flashing along the upper band located at 299 W Center Street in the Traditional Neighborhood Residential (NR-6) zone; TIN 07-136-0001, 07-136-0002, 07-136-0003 HPC 23-003 Starbucks Front Patio [Certificate of Appropriateness] J.
