State Street, S1-200, PO Box 144575, SLC, UT 84114 Phone: 385-468-7400 Early Voting Period - October 21 - October 31, 2025 To obtain information regarding early voting polling place locations and ballot drop box locations, please call 385-468-7400 www.SaltLakeCounty.gov/clerk/elections www.vote.utah.gov Cottonwood Improvement District is a special district located in Salt Lake County and contracts with the Salt Lake County Clerk's Election Division to administer the District's election. The election shall be held in conjunction with the Salt Lake County Municipal election and held in conformity with the election's laws of the State of Utah, and such election, every qualified registered voter residing within the boundaries of the Cottonwood Improvement District, shall be entitled to vote.
