- Mayfield Town Planning Commission Agenda Monday, September 29, 2025 7:00 PM 1. Discussion & Action Items a. Discussion and possible approval of Vearl Albert Christiansen petition to annex 2.83 acres Southwest of Town located at approximately 220 West 100 South b. Discussion of zoning ordinances needing updates. c. Approval of Minutes 2. Adjourn Notes: The Commission may vote to discuss certain matters in closed session pursuant to Utah Code annotated 52-4-5. Pursuant to Utah Code Ann. ยง 52-4-207 et. seq., Open and Public Meetings Act some of the Commission and public may appear electronically. Prior arrangements must be made by contacting the Town Clerk at least 24 hrs in advance. In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, persons requesting accommodations for Town sponsored public meetings, service, programs, or events should call the Town Hall at 435-528-5061, giving at least 48 hours' notice. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed Town Recorder of Mayfield Town does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted in three public places within the Mayfield Town limits.
