- Utah Department of Transportation Utah Transportation Commission Area Road Tour Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 1:45 p.m. ITINERARY 1:30 p.m. Meet in the parking lot of the Spanish Fork Library, located at 80 South Main Street, Spanish Fork 1:45 p.m. Depart for Area Road Tour The following projects will be discussed: I-15 Spanish Fork Center Street Interchange Study I-15 1600 South/2700 North Springville Interchange Sharp Tintic Rail Provo Rail Consolidation Spanish Fork U-6 Improvements I-15 SR-164, Benjamin Interchange I-15 Payson Interchange 3:15 p.m. Return to Spanish Fork Library. End of Tour. 3:30 p.m. Optional Walking Tour ** SPACE IS LIMITED** CONTACT HEATHER BARTHOLD (hbarthold@utah.gov) IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO ATTEND The purpose of a tour or field visit is for the Commission to review and understand area needs and construction projects that are upcoming, in progress or completed.
