The project includes the following work items: The construction of a 500,000-gallon concrete water storage tank, along with associated excavation and earthwork, blasting and rock excavation, foundation preparation, tank piping and valving, concrete forming and placement, hatches, vents and other tank appurtenances, backfill and finish grading, along with tank flushing, cleaning, disinfection, and commissioning. The project includes furnishing and installing approximately 2,340 feet of 12-inch C-900 PVC water main other associated piping, and valving. It also includes boring and jacking of 30' & 24' steel casings, 15' and 18' RCP drainage piping, imported pipe bedding materials, 6' chain-link fence and gate, and other site work. Bids for construction of the Project must be submitted before 2:00 pm MT on Thursday, October 2 2025, to Virgin Town at 114 Mill Street, Virgin, Utah 84779. The Owner requires the Project to be completed by December 31, 2026. However, construction is only allowed between September 1st through December 31st of each year. Obtaining Bid Documents Information and Bid Documents for the Project can be found at the following designated website portal: https://planroom.sunrise-eng.com/#p/home Hard copies will not be available. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bid Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bid Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither the Owner nor the Engineer will be responsible for Bid Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website or Issuing Office. Instructions to Bidders For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bid Documents.
