Call to Order: Chair Allen Bice Invocation by Invitation; Pledge of Allegiance B. Approval of Agenda: C. Approval of Minutes: August 13, 2025 and August 27, 2025 regualar meetings D. Reports: The City Council representive will present updates on meetings and activities. E. Business: 1. Discussion and possible approve of the Precise Plan Application for Casa De Hot Springs. F.
