- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold a Public Hearing and a Special Council Meeting on Tuesday, August 19, 2025. The Public Hearing will begin at 7:00 pm with the Special Council Meeting to follow at 7:30 pm, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah. The agenda shall be as follows: 7:00 pm PUBLIC HEARING. 1. Review of Proposed Ordinance No. 2025-08-19-01, An Ordinance Relating to Nuisances. 2. Review of Proposed Ordinance No. 2025-08-19-02, An Ordinance Relating to the Sale and Consumption of Alcohol and Beer. 3. Close Public Hearing. 7:30 pm SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING. 1. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. 2. ROLL CALL. 7:35 pm DISCUSSION/ACTION ITEMS. 1. Public Interview of Candidates for Unexpired Term of City Council Member & Vote by City Council Members to fulfill unexpired term left by Greg Evans. 2. Review and Adoption of Ordinance No. 2025-08-19-01 Relating to Nuisances. 3. Review and Adoption of Ordinance No. 2025-08-19-02 Relating to the Sale and Consumption of Alcohol and Beer. 4. Review of Quote from iWorQ for SMS Feature for notifications. 5. Canvass of official election returns from the Eureka City 2025 Primary Election. 8:00 pm ADJOURNMENT.
