- The Brian Head Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a proposed Conditional Use Permit for 141 Mountain View Drive, Brian Head, UT 84719 during the regular meeting of the Planning Commission on November 5, 2024 scheduled to begin at 1 pm. or shortly thereafter. Those wishing to review the details of the proposed Conditional Use Permit may do so at the Town Hall during normal business hours of 9am to 5pm Monday through Friday. Comments are limited to three minutes during the public hearing portion of the meeting. Written comments may be submitted to the Deputy Clerk at cclaridge@bhtown.utah.gov or by mail to PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719 no later than November 4, 2024 by 5 pm.

- In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations (including auxiliary communicative aids and services) during this meeting should notify Nancy Leigh (435)677-2029 at least three days prior to the meeting. Anyone wishing to review the proposed amendments to the Conditional Use Permit may do so at the Brian Head Town Hall located 56 North Hwy. 143 during normal business hours of Monday - Friday 9am - 5 pm Comments are limited to three minutes during the public hearing portion of the meeting. Written comments may be submitted to the Deputy Town Clerk at cclaridge@bhtown.utah.gov or by mail to: PO Box 190068, Brian Head, UT 84719 no later than November 4, 2024 by 5 pm.
