- Notice is hereby given that the Woodland Hills City Planning Commission will hold its regularly scheduled meeting on Wednesday, September 17th, beginning at 6:00 p.m. All commissioners and the public are invited to participate in person at the Woodland Hills City Center, 690 South Woodland Hills Drive, Woodland Hills, Utah, as well as virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. (The meeting order may change to facilitate the public or specific needs). Please check the Woodland Hills City Website at www.woodlandhills-ut.gov for the link to participate and/or view the meeting. Agenda 1. Call to Order- Chairman Wayne Frandsen 2. Invocation- By Invitation 3. Pledge- By Invitation 4. Public Comment 5. Approval of the August 20th, 2025 Meeting Minutes Public Hearing 6. Amending City Code 8-5-1 Water Requirements and Policies: 7. Amending City Code 10.18.1 and 10.19 Accessory Dwelling Units and Accessory Apartments 8. Consideration of a Development Agreement between Woodland Hills City & Treehouse Park LLC (Three Bridges Development) related to property near 11200 South Woodland Hills Drive Business and Discussion 9. Discussion and recommendation to the City Council to amend City Code 8-5-1. 10. Discussion and recommendation to the City Council to amend City Code 10-18-1 and 10-19. 11. Discussion and recommendation to the City Council regarding the consideration of a development agreement between Woodland Hills City and Treehouse Park LLC. 12. Discussion and recommendation to the City Council regarding a change in zoning for 65 East Mountain Vale Way. 13. Discussion and recommendation to the City Council regarding a change in zoning for 90 East Highline Drive. 14. Discussion of a proposed change to the municipal code to allow a secondary driveway to be unpaved.
