- Notice and Agenda The Plain City Planning Commission will convene in a regular meeting Thursday, August 11, 2022 in Council Chambers at Plain City Hall - 4160 West 2200 North, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 pm. -This meeting will also be accessible via ZOOM. Administrative Items: a. Discussion/Motion: Lot Line adjustment/Consolidation of Parcels Bret and Tammy Folkman 2510 N 4100 W and 2466 N 4100 W 8. Legislative Items: a. Public Hearing: Regarding Xeriscape Ordinance b. Discussion/Motion: Regarding Xeriscape Ordinance c. Discussion/Motion: Final approval for Robson Farms approx. 3600 W 2100 N 11 lots d. Discussion/Motion: Final approval for Pappy Estates approx. 3475 W North Plain City Rd 18 lots e. Discussion/Motion: Preliminary approval for Sage Creek 4277 W 3600 N 127 lots 9.
