- Notice and Agenda The Plain City Planning Commission will convene in a regular meeting Thursday, November 10, 2022 in Council Chambers at Plain City Hall - 4160 West 2200 North, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 pm. -This meeting will also be accessible via ZOOM. The agenda shall be as follows: Welcome: Pledge of Allegiance: Moment of Silence/Invocation: 7:00 PM - Regular Meeting 1. Roll Call 2. Opening Meeting Statement 3. Ex Parte communications or conflicts of interest to disclose 4. Public Comments for items not on the agenda 5. Approval of Minutes - October 27, 2022 6. Technical Review Report: 7. Legislative Items: a. Discussion/Motion: Preliminary approval for C&B Subdivision approx. 1950 N 5100 W 11 lots b. Discussion/Motion: Final approval for Sage Creek Subdivision Phase 1 approx. 4277 W 3600 N 30 lots 8. Administrative Items: a. Discussion/Motion: Approval of Site Plan for Sunflower Assisted Living approx. 2350 N 3600 W b. Motion: Cancel meeting on November 24 because of the holiday. c. Presentation from the Wasatch Choice Transportation 9. Report from City Council: Commissioner Jenkins 10. Commission Comments: 11.
