- Notice and Agenda The Plain City Planning Commission will convene in a regular meeting Thursday, January 26, 2023, in Council Chambers at Plain City Hall - 4160 West 2200 North, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 pm. -This meeting will also be accessible via ZOOM. Discussion/Motion: Preliminary- Scott Wayment Subdivision approx. 1700 N 5100 W 5 lots b. Discussion/Motion: on the Flood Plain Ordinance c.
