- Notice and Agenda The Plain City Planning Commission will convene in a regular meeting Thursday, February 9, 2023, in Council Chambers at Plain City Hall - 4160 West 2200 North, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 pm. -This meeting will also be accessible via ZOOM. The agenda shall be as follows: Welcome: Pledge of Allegiance: Moment of Silence/Invocation: 7:00 PM - Regular Meeting 1. Roll Call 2. Opening Meeting Statement 3. Ex Parte communications or conflicts of interest to disclose 4. Public Comments for items not on the agenda 5. Approval of all Minutes for January 26, 2023 6. Technical Review Report: 7. Legislative Items: a. Discussion/Motion: Subdivision Amendment for MRB Subdivision approx. 2466 N 4100 W Bret and Tammy Folkman b. Discussion/Motion: Final for C&B subdivision approx. 1950 N 5100 W 11 lots 8. Administrative Items: a. Discussion/Motion: 2023 Planning Chair and Co-Chair b. Discussion: Rehabilitation Ordinance c. Discussion Accessory Dwelling Ordinance 9. Report from City Council: Commissioner Ortega 10. Commission Comments: 11.
