- Notice and Agenda The Plain City Planning Commission will convene in a regular meeting Thursday, April 27, 2023, in Council Chambers at Plain City Hall - 4160 West 2200 North, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 pm. -This meeting will also be accessible via ZOOM. The agenda shall be as follows: Welcome: Pledge of Allegiance: Moment of Silence/Invocation: 7:00 PM - Regular Meeting 1. Roll Call 2. Opening Meeting Statement 3. Ex Parte communications or conflicts of interest to disclose 4. Public Comments for items not on the agenda 5. Approval of all Minutes for April 13, 2023 6. Technical Review Report: Ben Modesitt-Storage Units 7. Legislative Items: a. Discussion/Motion: Preliminary for Weber Vista Subdivision approx. 2865 W North Plain City Rd. 5 lots b. Discussion/Motion: Sensitive Land use Ordinance specifically Flood Plains 8. Administrative Items: a. Discussion: Rehabilitation/Assisted Living ordinances 9. Report from City Council: Meeting Canceled 10. Commission Comments: 11.
