- Notice and Agenda The Plain City Planning Commission will convene in a regular meeting Thursday, November 9, 2023, in Council Chambers at Plain City Hall - 4160 West 2200 North, which meeting shall begin at 7:00 pm. -This meeting will also be accessible via ZOOM. The agenda shall be as follows: Welcome: Pledge of Allegiance: Moment of Silence/Invocation: 7:00 PM - Regular Meeting 1. Roll Call 2. Opening Meeting Statement 3. Ex Parte communications or conflicts of interest to disclose 4. Public Comments for items not on the agenda 5. Approval of all Minutes for October 26, 2023 6. Technical Review Report: none 7. Administrative Items: Discussion/Motion: Preliminary approval for Sunset Estates approx. 2650 N 3975 W 4 lots- Cody Rhees Motion: to cancel meeting on November 23, 2023 for Thanksgiving 8. Legislative Items: Discussion: of Amendment to Zoning Ordinance concerning Sensitive Land Use Motion: Set public hearing on November 30 to Amend Zoning Ordinance concerning Sensitive Land Use Discussion: Commercial Zone Ordinance- Tattoo/Body Art, Piercing, Training, Tattoo Removal 9. Report from City Council: Commissioner Ortega 10. Commission Comments: 11.
