- HUNTSVILLE TOWN COUNCIL MEETING And CLOSED SESSION on Property Negotiation Thursday, September 18, 2025, Huntsville Town Hall, 7474 E. 200 S. 6:00 p.m. Notice is hereby given that the Huntsville Town Council will hold a Town Council Meeting on Thursday, September 18, 2025, at the Huntsville Town Hall 7474 E. 200 S. This is a public meeting, and the public is welcome to attend. REGULAR SESSION Welcome - Mayor Richard Sorensen Pledge of Allegiance - by invitation Opening Ceremony - Bruce Ahlstrom Public Comments: Residents will be allotted three (3) minutes. Sheriff Report Forest Service Presentation: Ashley Klase ACTION ITEMS: Discussion and/or action on approval of Minutes for Town Council Meeting September 4, 2025. Discussion and/or action on approval of Minutes for Work Session RC Zone August 21, 2025. Discussion and/or action on approval of Business License Item: The Bread Shed. Discussion and/or action on approval of additional $2,000 expenditure for Zion's Bank Water Study. Discussion and/or action on approval of Water Forgiveness at 6520 E. 100 N. Huntsville. Discussion and/or action on approval of Resolution 2025-9-18-A Mayoral Election Cancellation. Discussion and/or action on approval of Resolution 2025-9-18-B: Water Bill Forgiveness Policy. Discussion and/or action on approval of Resolution 2025-9-18-C: Lease of Town Property for Sauna Business. Reasons include A. B. Strategy session to discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. C. Strategy session to discuss collective bargaining. D. Strategy session regarding pending, or imminent litigation. E. Strategy session to discuss the deployment of security personnel, devices, or systems. F. Discussion of investigative proceedings regarding allegations of criminal misconduct. This meeting may be held electronically to permit one or more of the council members or staff to participate.
