- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Council will hold a work session meeting at 6 p.m., followed by a City Council meeting at 7:00 p.m. or thereafter on the 17th day of September 2025, at the Garland City Building. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. The agenda shall be as follows: Work Session - 6:00 p.m. 1. Call Work Session to Order 2. Public Hearing, Discussion, and Possible Action on Police One-Time Retention Incentive and Pay Scale 8. Public Hearing, Consideration and Possible Action on the adoption of Ordinance, O-25-08, which will adopt the New Garland City Engineering Standards 9. Call Regular Meeting Back to Order 10.
