Meeting Called to Order: Invocation by Invitation; Pledge of Allegiance B. Presentation: 1. Nick Wright from HVFD C. Consent Agenda: (Items on the consent agenda may not require discussion. These items will be addressed in a single motion unless removed at the request of the Mayor or City Council.) 1. Declarations of conflict of interest 2. Agenda 3. Meeting Minutes: August 20, 2025, regular meeting. 4. Checks and Invoices: $165,140.01 D. Business: 1. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. 2025-10, a resolution for the Zion Scenic Byway Corridor Management Plan. Wanda Malony presenting. 2. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. 2025-11 a resolution of the city council of La Verkin city, Utah, temporarily adjusting culinary water rates for Residential customers exceeding tier 3 usage under the 2025 schedule of culinary water rates. 3. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. 2025-12, a resolution in support of America 250. 4. Discussion and possible action to approve Resolution No. 2025-13, an ordinance adjusting the business license fees. 5. Discussion and possible action to approve Proclamation No. 2025-03, a proclamation designating October as Domestic Violence Awareness Month. 6. Discussion regarding the city priority list. 7. Discussion regarding an ordinance establishing a Live/Work zone. 8. Discussion and possible action to set a public hearing for October 15, 2025, regarding the Joint agency regional water conservation plan. E.
