- Notice is hereby given that the Payson City Council will hold their Regular City Council meeting on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, at 6:00 p.m. at the Payson City Center, 439 West Utah Avenue, Payson, Utah, as well as virtually through a link with Zoom Video Communications. Please check the Payson City Website at www.paysonutah.gov for the link to participate and/or view the meeting. A. CALL TO ORDER B. PRAYER & PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE C. CONSENT AGENDA 1.
