- NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING TO THE PUBLIC AND RESIDENTS OF UINTAH COUNTY: Notice is hereby given that the Administrative Control Board of the UINTAH ANIMAL CONTROL AND SHELTER SPECIAL SERVICE DISTRICT will hold a meeting in the North Conference Room of the Uintah County Building at 152 East 100 North, Vernal Utah on Friday, July 11, 2025 at 4:00 p.m. AGENDA OPENING CEREMONY 1. Welcome by Chair-Person-Debra Hamaker (1 min) 2. Pledge of Allegiance 3. Inspirational or Humorous Thought STANDING BUSINESS 1. Request for Approval of Minutes from the June 13, 2025 Meeting (2 min) 2. Request Approval of the Removal of the Previous Shelter Manager Credit Card from Zions Bank and Adding the New Manager. (2 mins) 3. Horse Round Up- Morgan Batty (30 mins) 4. Request Approval of One of The Horse Round Up Quotes- (15 Mins) 5. Request Approval of the Animal Control Dog Trap Agreement- (2 mins) 6.
