- Agenda Town of Leeds Town Council Special Meeting TUESDAY, August 26, 2025 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Leeds Town Council will hold a PUBLIC MEETING on TUESDAY, August 26, 2025, at 5:00 PM at the Leeds Town Hall, 218 N. Main Street, Leeds, UT 84746. If you are interested in participating remotely via google meet, please contact Town Hall at 435-879-2447 or email the clerk@leedstown.org for google meet details. The Town of Leeds will hold a Special Meeting to Canvass the Primary Election and conduct all other regular business of the Town Council. Special Meeting 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Invocation 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Canvass 5. Declaration of Abstentions or Conflicts 6. Consent Agenda a. Tonight's Agenda b. Meeting Minutes of June 25, 2025, Work Session c. Meeting Minutes of June 25, 2025 d. Meeting Minutes of June 27, 2025, Special Meeting 7. Staff Reports 8. Monthly External Reports: LDWA/HVFSSD/Sheriff's Office 9. Announcements 10. Citizen Comments: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. (Three minutes per person.) 11. Discussion and Possible Action Items: a. Town Proclamation Family Leadership Month b. Resolution 2025-06 Appointment of Town Clerk c. Leeds Parks Master Plan & Impact Fee Calculation (2025-2034) d. Possible Speed Bumps on Vista e. Discussion on Park Regulations and Hours 12. Adjournment The Town of Leeds will provide reasonable accommodation for persons needing assistance to participate in this public meeting. Persons requesting assistance are asked to call the Leeds Town Hall at 435-879-2447 at least 24 hours prior to the meeting.
