- NOTICE OF PUBLIC TEST OF ELECTION EQUIPMENT Notice is hereby given that on the 24th day of October 2025, at 2:00 p.m., a public demonstration will be conducted in the Millard County Clerk's Office; 765 South Hwy 99, Fillmore, UT 84631 to test the automatic ballot counting equipment for logic and accuracy before any votes for the 2025 General Election are counted. - THE PUBLIC IS ENCOURAGED TO PARTICIPATE IN ALL CITY MEETINGS. Furthermore, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, the City of Delta will make reasonable accommodations for those needing assistance to participate in our meetings. Agenda items are considered flexible and may be conducted sequentially different than listed. Individuals and entities that have business before the City Council should be present at meeting commencement.
