- TOWN OF STERLING COUNCIL MEETING 75 N 100 W STERLING, UT 84665 PUBLIC HEARING Water Fees for Residence and Non-Residence NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE STERLING TOWN COUNCIL WILL HOLD A PUBLIC HEARING ON TUESDAY September 16, 2025 AT 6:30 PM AT THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT. Agenda shall be as follows: Pledge of Allegiance Roll Call Discussion on having a flat water fee for residents and non residents with non-residents paying an additional flat fee. Adjournment Items on the agenda (which require no published notice of time) may be considered earlier than shown on the agenda. **Items added to the original agenda which was posted on Saturday March 4, 2023 are highlighted. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING NOTICE AND AGENDA I, the duly appointed and acting Recorder for the Town of Sterling, Utah, hereby certify that copies of the foregoing Notice and Agenda were posted at three public places within the municipality; emailed or hand delivered to the Mayor and Town Officers, posted on http://pmn.utah.gov this 9th day of September, 2025.
