- NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. OPENING REMARKS 3. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 4. ROLL CALL 5. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on August 26, 2025. 6. EXPENDITURES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the warrants and cash disbursements for June and July 2025. 7. BUSINESS a. Sue Peterson to discuss the Wreaths Across America program to place wreaths on the graves of veterans in the Richfield Cemetery. b. Neighbors on Indian Hills Drive to discuss the location of a group home at 888 North Indian Hills Drive. c. Planning Commission Report d. Jared Barton and Devan Wilson to discuss funding for the 1800 South bike path project. e. Micklane Farmer to discuss a software program, Vialitics, and the cost associated with the continued use by the City. 8. OTHER BUSINESS 9. EXECUTIVE SESSION a. Discuss the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual(s) to serve on the Library Board. 10. ADJOURNMENT
