- UTAH BOARD OF HIGHER EDUCATION MEETING Virtual Conference via Zoom Wednesday, September 17, 2025 AGENDA VISION: Utah is an innovative global leader in providing world-class higher education and advancing research that enhances the quality of life in the state. MISSION: USHE operates cohesively across the state's 16 public colleges and universities to provide valuable education that meets workforce needs and enhances the wellbeing and prosperity of all Utahns. 5:00 PM Closed Session Projected times for the various meetings are estimates only. The Board Chair retains the right to take action at any time.
