- EUREKA PLANNING COMMISSION AGENDA Wednesday, June 16, 2025 7:00 P.M. Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, UT 84628 PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eureka City Planning & Zoning Commission will hold a meeting on Wednesday, July 16, 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Eureka City Hall, 15 North Church St., Eureka, UT 84628. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: (NOTE: The agenda may be accelerated, or the line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. Welcome/Roll Call. 2. Pledge of Allegiance. 3. Reading/Approval of the Minutes. 4. Report of Officers - Boards - Committees 5. Discussion/Action Items: A. Code Enforcement Officer, Manny Escoto. B. Discuss Land Use Ordinances. (i) Review Draft of Subdivision Ordinance. C. Discuss General Plan. (i) Review & Discuss Draft of General Plan Update. D. Review Boundary Map from Shay Morrison. E. Review Planning Commission Code. F. Follow-up on previous Building Permits. 6. Training 7. Other Business. 8. Adjournment.
