AGENDA PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Board of Trustees of the Uintah Highlands Improvement District will hold a regular board meeting on Thursday, September 18, 2025, beginning at 5:30 p.m., at the District Office, located at 2401 East 6175 South. __________________________________________________________________________________ Invocation: As assigned. Public Comment: (No action will be taken on items discussed at this time - 2-minute time limit.) (1) Review minutes of August 21, 2025 board meeting, for approval. (2) Unfinished business of previous meeting and follow-up from previous meeting. (a) Discussion / review bid for Capital Facilities Plan Update, Impact Fee Plan Update and Rate Study. (3) Items for board discussion and consideration for approval: (a) Resolution 2025-03 Cancel 2025 Election and certify candidates to fill seats. (b) Registration for Board Training at UASD Conference Nov 5, 2025 (c) Retirement notice and Recruitment plan. (d) Review previous month billing adjustments for approval. (4) Discussion for consideration and approval of September 2025 bills. (5) Staff Reports: (a) Water Quality Report: - Samples. (b) Ongoing Projects: - BEACON Installs. - Tank roads. (c) Review Revenue and Expense Statement vs. Budget for: August / 2025. - Review Bank Statements for previous months. - 2026 Budget process begins. (d) Employee/HR Items: - Wage review process for 2026 budget for October meeting. (e) Public Relations: - Wes Hobbs at 6077 Breeze / repair damage from waterline construction. (6) Possible Closed Meeting, if needed: (a) Pending or Threatened Litigation, Purchase or Sale of Real Property, Security, Deployment or Personnel Issues.
