- IVINS CITY COUNCIL WORK MEETING AGENDA August 21, 2025 Mayor Chris Hart City Council Members Lance Anderson Sharon Barton Sharon Gillespie Mike Scott Kevin Smith The Ivins City Council will hold a Work Meeting in the Ivins City Council Chambers, 85 N. Main St., Ivins, UT, on Thursday, August 21, 2025. The meeting will begin at 1:00 P.M., continuing to approximately 5:15 P.M. NOTICE: Agenda item 2)B may be a Closed Meeting pursuant to Utah Code section 52-4-205(1)(a) and would not be a public meeting if a Motion to enter into a Closed Meeting is made pursuant to the Utah Code identified in the Motion. 1) WELCOME AND CALL TO ORDER A. Acknowledgement of Quorum B. Disclosures 2) WORK CLOSED MEETING A. Discussion regarding evaluation of the finalists who have applied for the City Manager position B. Discussion pursuant to Utah Code section 52-4-205(1)(a) regarding character, professional competence or physical or mental health of finalists who have applied for the City Manager position 3) ADJOURNMENT Reasonable accommodation: Ivins City will make efforts to provide reasonable accommodation to disabled members of the public in accessing City programs. Please contact the City Recorder at least 24 hours in advance if you have special needs. I hereby certify that I have posted copies of the agenda in the following public and conspicuous places on August 16, 2025. Ivins City Hall, the Ivins Post Office, SCI Center Street Fire Station, Ivins City UNITY Park and Ivins City Animal Shelter.
