- NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monroe City Council will hold a public hearing on Tuesday September 23, 2025, at the Monroe City Office, 10 N Main, Monroe, UT at 7:00 p.m. to hear arguments for or against Proposition #7 Recreation, Arts & Parks (RAP) tax ballot question. Published on the Utah Public Meeting website pmn.utah.gov, at monroeut.gov, Monroe City Office 10 N. Main Monroe, UT, and Monroe City Library 49 N Main, Monroe, UT
