New Administrative building Bids and Award b. Desert Sage 5. Utah Division of Drinking Water New Tax (Fee) 6. Water Supply Update 7. August 2025 expenditures 8. Closed Session for discussion of the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual, and as a strategy session to discuss pending or reasonably imminent litigation, strategy session to discuss the purchase, exchange, or lease of real property, including any form of a water right or water shares. 9.
